What is Hawaiian shave ice?

Hawaiian shave ice is all about technique. We follow a traditional recipe to create fluffy, snow-like shave ice that melts in your mouth. It has a delicate, powdery texture and is never crushed. We then top it with vibrant, flavorful syrups and finish it with a drizzle of coconut cream or condensed milk.

Yes! Most of the fruit we use in our smoothies is sourced locally, so our selection may be limited at certain times of the year. For example, the Papaya Creation is available only when papayas are in season on the island.
